TrooperTitus80, or 'Vecklo' is the creator of State of Arbol. His journey started in 2018 when first joining ROBLOX. He first got into roleplaying watching YouTubers such as SteveTheGamer55 & Polecat324. He first started roleplaying in a game called DOJ Paleto Bay which set the bar for the future of his entire roleplaying career. This is where he met most of his friends, some of which he still talks to today. TrooperTitus80 made a roleplay game similar to that, titled DOJ Atlas which was a community that lasted for about 5 months with a total of about 100 members. He has always enjoyed realistic roleplaying and strives to maintain that within this community.

Vxns_1015, also known as SharksPitch or 'Final' is one of the managers for State of Arbol. While having a long-lasting friendship with TrooperTitus80, he came along in the beginning of the development for Arbol. He has a roleplay history of about 4 years and most of that time he has been adventuring with law enforcement and expanding his knowledge and efficiency in it over the years. Final has been with Titus since State of Atlas, in 2019.
